The French have it right; “every day is a great day for a glass of champagne.”
In America, the prevailing attitude is that champagne is reserved for special occasions. Too bad, for our winery believes that every day is a special day and should be celebrated. So, we set out to craft a special champagne worthy of celebration.
When we were honored with the gold medal at the prestigious Vinalies Internationales wine competition in Paris, France (the only American winery so honored … ever), it was the culmination of years of painstaking, meticulous effort.
Now we celebrate … often … and so can you.
The following is the type of champagne and the years available:

Our champagnes have “the greatest combination of boldness and distinction, without being overpowering.”™ The Blanc de Blancs are from 15 year old vines, 100% Chardonnay grapes and 0.5% residual sugar - a very dry Brut classification … delicate, hints of lemon, zillions of bubbles and a long finish. |
| 2002 | $68 | |
| 1999 | $113 | |
| 1997 | $2,500 |

Who would combine Barrel Fermented Chardonnay with Barrel Aged Pinot Noir to age five years on the lees—only a gold medal winning winemaker with a tough act to follow. Tending toward the masculine end of aromas and flavors, superb presentation in the glass, exceptional when combined with food. |
